Drain salmon, reserving liquid; flake. Combine reserved salmon liquid, tomato sauce, onion and Italian seasoning in small saucepan; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over muffins. Spread with salmon flakes. Combine cheeses and sprinkle over salmon. Garnish with olives. Place pizzas on baking sheet and bake at 400
