BEER-STEAMED ALASKA SNOW CRAB
In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil. Add Alaska Snow Crab and cook 5 minutes, until well heated. Remove crab from pot. Serve with a shaker of cider vinegar and French fries or oven fries, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
