Halibut

Our fresh-frozen, wild Alaskan Halibut is caught in south-central Alaska. Homer, Alaska is known as the "Halibut fishing capital of the world" for good reason! Halibut is a white, flakey, and extremely versatile fish. Grill, deep-fry, or bake. Use in chowders or smoke it. Alaskan Halibut uses are almost limitless!
