Incredibly delectable Alaskan Scallops. Rich, just a little sweet, and delicious!
Scallops can be cooked in a variety of ways, from the oven to the stove and even on the grill (just don't put them in the microwave as they can explode). Just be careful not to overcook them, they cook fast for their size.
We don't currently sell fresh bay scallops but we do have smoked Alaskan bay scallops!
